Finance Business Partner

Permanent

Can be home based, but required to go to London office 4 days per month

Working as the Finance Business Partner for this international youth charity you will be an integral part of the Finance team. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts and providing support to budget holders. The Finance Business Partner is also responsible for providing financial analysis and risk profiling

Key duties:

  • Preparation of monthly budget holder reports.
  • Production of insightful monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure that management information continues to meet the needs of the organisation Finance business partner for all budget holders, including those overseas. Posting monthly regional returns from the regional office accurately Review and post monthly financials for subsidiary entities. Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations for overseas bank accounts. Contribute to the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles In depth financial analysis including tracking income, analysing trends and maintaining KPI dashboard Assisting with regular reforecasting

Experience required:

  • Qualified (ACA, ACCA,CIMA or similar) Experience of Business Partnering Experience of working with Business Central Experience of using Power BI Experience of performing financial analysis Production of management and statutory accounts Accounting and reconciliation work Analytical skills Ability to effectively use IT including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Strong Excel skills including V-Look ups, pivot tables etc. Good interpersonal skills including written and oral skills. Ability to motivate staff and work well with immediate team and other non-financial staff members. Able to work well under pressure, organised able to balance priorities and workload to achieve deadlines
