Salary: £36,994 – £41,346 per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
Permanent. Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Based: Milton Keynes (hybrid)

Job Purpose To manage the financial and legal management, compliance and control of World Vision UK’s overseas emergency and development programmes that are funded by individual donations, accountable grants and commercial contracts. Provide solid financial and compliance infrastructure and capability to support WVUK’s acquisition of new funding and its subsequent programming. This role oversees a team of Programme Finance Officers (PFOs) who each hold responsibility for the acquisition and management of a number of projects. The purpose of this role is to maintain a high functioning team by providing team direction, inspiring and managing strong PFO performance and enabling effective operations. Supporting this role are a number of technical experts (primarily legal and financial) who lead on a number of relevant areas. This role works alongside them to operationalise policies, tools etc and to develop best practice.
Further as a key management position within P&P the role-holder will contribute to overall leadership of P&P by helping to create vision, make decisions, provide advice and guidance on matters of a risk management, compliance and commercial nature to ensure the successful delivery of positive change in the lives of the world’s most vulnerable children.
