This role sits within our Operate Digital function whose purpose is to reflect the importance of digitisation in our strategy and execution through :

• Digitising our operational delivery via the Delivery Office,

• Expanding data and analytics into the digital platforms that we build

• Creating digital assets for re-use in managed service solutions

The Operate Digital team is responsible for :

• Defining an industrialised approach that promotes reuse from our digital asset library and can deliver at scale and accelerate EMS propositions

• Focus on strategic alignment with wider PwC technology capabilities, identifying and delivering solutions that unlock market opportunity and enable transformation

• Enable and grow demand into our Technology capability to build and run differentiated execution managed services and to help drive digitised end-to-end delivery in via with the Delivery Office

The Role

As a technical business analyst, you’ll be working in a team who help Operate Digital gain a deeper understanding of demand by shaping, refining and documenting business requirements. You will work closely with and have a deep understanding of the Operate business and EMS strategy and our supply capabilities. You will also be involved with digital transformation programmes aimed at scaling our business through efficiencies and new service offerings.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work in a team of technical business analysts within Operate Digital’s Office of the CTO with key responsibility for the ‘Design and Development’ phases of our agile delivery framework.

• Analyse new demand, defining and eliciting managed service business requirements with business line of service.

• Work to the agile business analysis methodology, processes and deliverables which support the collaboration and transition to Operate delivery and operation teams.

• Attend and actively contribute to managed services design governance and assurance processes including attending and contributing to business design authorities.
