About the role

Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management - Working with IWS colleagues, stakeholders (Partners/Directors) and their teams; ensuring a thorough understanding of your stakeholders individual clients, targets, team and deliverables, and tracking these to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives/priorities.

  • Diary Management - Executive management of stakeholders diaries and inboxes including autonomy to make decisions both internally and externally. Optimise stakeholders’ time management and priorities by utilising a sound knowledge of their clients and team.

  • Meetings/Events - supporting stakeholders with forward planning of internal and client meetings, ownership of agendas and presentations.Attending stakeholder and client meetings, taking minutes and preparing follow up actions. End to end management and organisation of a wide variety of internal and external events.

  • Travel Management - Proactive travel management including research, organisation and delegating travel logistics, such as coordinating itineraries, security and risk mitigation.

  • Communications - draft stakeholder emails, proofread communications and documentation for quality, accuracy and relevance, making sure that stakeholder’s business priorities and needs are met. Take the ownership of all enquiries, escalating issues as appropriate.
