About the role

They have a fantastic new opportunity for a Rewards Analyst to join their incredibly hardworking and dedicated team. They are building a new Reward Team at the company and this is a great time to join us as their new Reward Analyst, focussing on collating and analysing good-quality data to inform decision-making on pay, benefits and recognition.

Their Reward Team are responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive total reward framework to their people, to underpin their organisational values and employer branding and to enable the company to be the organisation of choice for both volunteers and employees.

The role will also be responsible for overseeing the operation of their job evaluation and pay framework, supporting with benchmarking and pay moderation processes.

There will be a real opportunity for the Reward Analyst to help shape the reward offer at the company by contributing to the development of policy, projects and their wider benefits offer.
