Education Development Trust is an education charity that exists to transform lives by improving education around the world. We work collaboratively with national and local governments, schools and other partners to design and deliver sustainable solutions to improve education.

We are at an exciting juncture in our UK Education Services (UKES) work. We are currently growing our programme suite, building on a number of major programmes for the DfE. We are currently seeking an experienced programme delivery specialist to support us in this phase of our work as we continue to deliver impactful programmes for learners, teachers and leaders within schools.

TheProgramme Directorwill be accountable for the delivery, impact and overall success of a portfolio of programmes. The post holder will lead teams to meet ambitious targets and timescales, whilst creating opportunities for synergy across programmes to create wider operational improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have had overall accountability for a large-scale (estimated £4m pa plus) education sector programme and significant experience of working effectively with government clients and school partners.
