Based in Windsor, their dedicated Warehouse team process over 3 million retail gifts per year, serving nine shops across three sites, plus a growing wholesale and e-commerce business.

As Warehouse Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the management team to help ensure the smooth running of their operations.

You’ll assist with stock checks, monitor incoming deliveries, prepare picking lists and process orders and paperwork, all of which will keep their daily activities on track.

You'll keep their systems up-to-date behind the scenes, as well as help prepare regular reports for the management team.

You'll also assist with rotas, and health and safety training and records, alongside other varied team admin.

And you'll act as a first point of contact and assist with queries from customers and suppliers, supporting the wider team and helping deliver an overall exceptional customer experience.

About you

Having already worked in an administrative role, ideally with some knowledge of stock control, you'll hit the ground running.

Computer literate, you'll be familiar with Microsoft Office and you'll be able to quickly grasp in-house bespoke systems.

With excellent attention to detail, you can handle high volumes of information without losing your focus.

Excellent communication skills will be important, as you’ll be liaising with a range of different people on a daily basis.

Your initiative, good organisation skills and can-do attitude will mean you'll be able to flex and effectively prioritise a busy workload.

And with an underlying customer focus in all that you do, you'll enjoy being part of a wider retail team who'll rely on your support to deliver first class customer service.
