Location: London (hybrid flexi working role between home and our London office)
Hours: 35 hours per week but we're open to flexible working

Contract: fixed term until 31st December 2023
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience and including inner London weighting allowance of £3,344 per annum)

About the role

The Digital Fundraising Planner is a crucial role when it comes to influencing and negotiating with other marketing and fundraising teams, to drive our ambition of being digitally capable across all our digital channels, increasing skill levels and ultimately planning more successful marketing and fundraising campaigns.

You will be responsible for the coordination of BRC digital campaigns calendar, working with multiple teams and external stakeholders to deliver an effective and organised digital engagement and fundraising program, providing strategic recommendations and advice to increase our capacity to generate income online.

You will play a key role in the development and implementation of BRC digital engagement and fundraising strategy, also contributing to business case for increasing digital investments and representing digital fundraising in our digital marketing matrix.

You'll also oversee the review and implementation of our digital campaigns planning process and the development and implementation of our digital fundraising upskilling program across the Fundraising & Supporter Engagement directorate.

The role could be for you if…

You have a track-record of delivering digital marketing/fundraising projects and public facing campaigns and experience across a range of digital marketing channels.

You have experience in developing strategies and you have strong influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.

You have a broad and strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and you are confident in recommending the best budget and channels for each campaign and setting strong KPIs.

You have excellent project management skills, evidenced through experience in account management roles and/or project management qualifications.

You're well organised, have great interpersonal skills and can work with colleagues at all levels.
