Description
They are looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience in contributing to targeted sales within a defined market sector(s).
Working as part of the Business Development team you will be responsible for generating repeat and new business by developing and maintaining business relationships for and on behalf of them. The successful applicant will be a strong team player who continually meets and exceeds targets.
About you:
You must be both a leader and a deal-closer, and that means you also understand the fine act of balancing risks when bidding for new business. You will be confident working autonomously, strategically, and creatively identifying new business opportunities and responding to industry trends and customer needs.
They are seeking a dynamic, confident, and driven individual, who can demonstrate initiative and influence others at all levels. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and have a positive and determined approach. To be a success in the role you will know and have worked within the Public Sector.
Key tasks include but not limited to:
• Contributing to targeted sales within a defined market sector(s) whilst identifying new business opportunities and responding to industry trends and customer needs.
• Generating repeat and new business by developing and maintaining business relationships, creating, and following through leads with existing and prospective organisations.
• Developing successful partnerships and customer relationships and build a position of their involvement/influence across the sector.
