About the role
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Creative Delivery Manager to join their hard-working and dedicated Marketing and Communications division. Ideally, you'll understand the robust production and delivery processes are a key component of producing consistently excellent and innovative creative within an in-house agency.
They're building a high performing, multi-discipline Creative Services team within an in-house agency model as they reposition their brand, and this new role is key to that development. You will be part of a passionate team providing a charity-wide service to a very high standard of excellence and bringing to life their new visual identity to reach and support more people affected by dementia.
Reporting into the Head of Creative Services, you will take a project management approach to develop and drive outstanding, professional internal account management, scheduling and traffic management. Building strong, trusted relationships is vital. Through positive collaboration and influencing, you will help to deliver a consistent, professional service and make sure the team operates as effectively as possible - clarifying requirements, making sure objectives are SMART, prioritising and tracking progress.
