Harris Hill are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most recognisable animal charities to recruit two Direct Marketing Officers to join their Individual Giving team during an exciting period of growth.

These roles sit within a successful team who manage a broad DM portfolio, with campaigns including DRTV, lottery, direct mail, telemarketing and face to face fundraising, among others. You will work with internal teams and external suppliers to recruit new supporters and convert them to regular givers using products such as sponsorship, value exchange and regular monthly donations to help the charity achieve its regular giving fundraising goals.

These varied positions would suit candidates who are ready to take the next step up in their Direct Marketing fundraising career. The successful candidate will be someone who can show supporter acquisition across a range of media channels, evaluate campaigns critically and use their learning for future campaigns. The ability to work effectively with external suppliers would also be hugely beneficial.
