The Role
As the Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will be responsible for supporting the administration of SMT and various board and committee meetings.
Acting as the first point of contact for queries to the organisation, you will deal with correspondence and phone calls as well as co-ordinate and manage SMT diaries, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times.
You will also manage the database and filing systems, organise meetings and events and liaise with clients.
Additionally, you will:
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
- Take notes at SMT, Board and Sub-Committee meetings
- Provide occasional reception cover
About You
To be considered as a Personal Assistant, you will need:
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Experience working with a variety of different types of data and the ability to manipulate and gather information from it
- To be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
- The ability to problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- At a minimum, five GCSEs (including English and Maths) at grade 4 or above, (A* - C) or equivalent qualifications or experience
Proven experience as a personal assistant would be beneficial to your application, as would an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration and/or Customer Service.
