FINANCE OFFICER
Roles available: x2
Salary: £19,200 per annum
Location: Sterling House, Oxford - 1 working from home day/week
Contract: 6 months Fixed Term Contract, Full time , 35 hours/week

Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded individual that can help us beat cancer sooner?
We need you to perform income processing activities accurately and efficiently and, in doing so, provide a seamless supporter experience which meets our vision. We have two 6-month contracts available which could suit someone who has worked in Data Entry or Payment Administration.
What will I be doing?
Make an impact every day by…
Receiving, opening and sorting postal entry fees, sponsorship and donations
Making decisions on how income should be allocated to different cost centres
Preparing physical payments for banking
Completing all supporter administration results from income and donations
Completing all supporter correspondence as a result of income processing
Carrying out additional income processing duties and administrative tasks as required.
What skills are you looking for?
You'll be able to bring to the role…
Experience of being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong IT literacy and experience of working with financial and CRM systems
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with high attention to detail
Strong customer service experience.
Experience of working to deadlines.
