Secondary Early Career Teacher
Secondary ECT's needed for a large Academy chain - September 2022 start - Permanent and contract to to permanent posts available - MPS 1-3 - All subjects required to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Are you a recently qualified Early Careers Teacher (or ECT) aiming to secure your first teaching role at one of the counties best known Academy Trusts? Are you looking for a welcoming and supportive Academy chain who will be able to provide a tailored CPD schedule over their first year?
Tradewind is working alongside this large Academy chain to recruit ECT's of various subject specialisms for sites across Buckinghamshire including High Wycombe, Amersham and Aylesbury. Having already supported thousands of new teachers start they are now looking for Teachers for all subjects at their various Buckinghamshire.
*** Early Career Teachers - Maths, English and Science - Business Studies, MFL, DT / Technology, Geography, History and Business Studies required
*** Posts starting September 2022 or sooner for those finishing your studies in July
*** Teaching available at various schools in the Federation located across Buckinghamshire
***Long term and/or Permanent roles available - MPS 1 to 3 (£138.19 to £158.37 per day)
*** Excellent support in all schools with dedicated mentors and clear career progression
About the Trust - ECT Teacher
This is an established and ambitious Trust. Supporting numerous schools across the borough it reinforces it's core values of staff care, development and offers fantastic CPD to ensure all staff are valued and become an integral part of their schools team. All schools are well resourced, professionally run and offer a clear and structured development plans for all staff. These are full time teaching posts with full teaching responsibilities across key stages 3, 4 and potentially KS 5. Class sizes vary between 25-30. SEN support is offered in abundance with experienced SEN Ta's employed directly by all schools. Many of these schools have departments currently staffed by teachers who benefited from the NQT programme in previous years and continue to thrive.
Role requirements
- Teaching degree of any subject specialism
- Education experience with strong subject knowledge to KS3 and KS4
- Flexible attitude to teaching and support
- Desire to work with all students and take an active part in school life
