The performance of all schools within the Trust and of the Executive Team. Ensuring effective strategic engagement with stakeholders, communities, and partners. Servicing and supporting the Board of Trustees and Members in providing and ensuring excellence in governance including the operation of Local Governing Bodies.
This is a challenging and wide-ranging role which requires an outstanding and inspirational leader; The ideal candidate will need to drive success and improvement, and demonstrate the highest standards, values, principles, and excellence which are so vital in modern-day educational leadership.
The successful candidate will also need to be an excellent communicator and motivator and share our determination to continue to be outstanding in all we do, to help us grow, and to be seen as an influential provider - locally, regionally, and nationally too.
