Due to significant growth within our Compliance Testing pillar, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Delivery Manager to join us at this exciting time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and operational delivery of multiple teams to deliver relevant, cost effective and process efficient solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Follow, implement and maintain internal frameworks to support the effective and safe delivery of multiple programmes.
Challenge existing processes and leverage technology to bring ongoing efficiencies.
Effectively manage, motivate, inspire and develop people and teams.
Have the ability to prioritise effectively and manage time to accommodate
Proactively engage with and manage client relationships.
Understand regulatory requirements (and changes on the horizon) and ensure business is prepared for these alongside exploiting any business opportunities.
Assume responsibility for quality, risk and governance and seek ways to continually improve processes, driving efficiencies and automating processes through the use of technology where possible.
Maximise internal networks globally, promoting the success and potential of your teams and wider business.
Identify and target opportunities in the market and support pitches and the pursuit of opportunities through to successful sales.
Network within target industry sectors and be aware of their trends and issues, building relationships with key decision makers in prospect clients and being visible at relevant events.
Personally maintain strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure overall health of the account and act as a point of escalation where required.
