Account Manager - Diabolical / Jack

We are looking for 2 new Account Managers to work in our busy sales teams in Jack and Diabolical

You will be working on some of the country's most exciting record labels, gigs and tours and music brands that are currently out there including UMG, Live Nation and Spotify amongst many others. Working in the DIABOLICAL team and part of the BUILDHOLLYWOOD family that includes sister agencies JACK and JACK ARTS, you will grow and develop your portfolio of clients as well as actively seeking out new clients and new briefs to grow your area.

You will be able to lead your own work, be highly organised, a confident presenter, an enthusiastic networker and have a real ability to build on, and create new, strong client relationships.

You will be excited about street culture and broadening your knowledge on how music brands can exist in this space.

You will enjoy creating proposals, generating ideas and you will feel confident translating those ideas into presentations, budgets and campaigns. You will be able to thrive in our fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of our fun and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage existing and new clients
• Write proposals and presentations in response to briefs
• Develop client relationships both existing and new
• Develop experiential and creative ideas as part of the team
• Provide excellent client service
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Identify and contact potential new clients
• Arrange presentations to introduce our services and assess client needs
• Ensure all introductory meetings are followed up, carrying out any action discussed
• In conjunction with the production team you will plan, manage and implement campaigns
• Write and manage budgets to ensure profits are maintained
• As part of a team deliver problem free, well-planned projects to the highest standard
• Support other team members as and when required

Your Experience:

• An understanding and passion for street culture
• Strong communication skills
• Great presentation skills - verbal and written
• An ability to build on and develop strong client relationships
• An understanding and passion for youth culture
• Media savvy
• Project management skills
• Understanding of outdoor advertising
• An ability to sell in ideas and concepts
• Familiar with working to sales targets
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• A creative thinker
• Able to plan and manage your workload whilst prioritising and working to tight deadlines
• Obsessed with all things music
