This is a role for a Chair who is dynamic, able to keep us moving forward and is able to help us to continuously raise the bar on our organisational aspirations. When you join us, you will have a good foundation to build on and you will be supported by a Board and Executive Management Team who are committed to openness, collaboration, inclusivity and continuous improvement.

Your insightfulness and prior Board experience will mean that you can bring skill, nuance and intuition to managing a matrix of relationships to ensure good governance practice. Your passion for transforming homes, lives & communities will be evident in all that you do in the role.
