Description
We're looking for a lawyer to join our small in-house legal team. Our legal team provide sound legal advice across our organisation, particularly to our fitness to practise, registration, and quality assurance teams.
Our lawyers are responsible for providing advice on a range of legal areas than an organisation of this size will encounter, including fitness to practise, contracts, data protection and employment law, with the supervision and support of the 2 heads of legal (senior lawyers), who co-lead the team. The lawyers also act as decision makers in the decision-making groups for triage decisions in our fitness to practise process, and deal with case related correspondence from across the judicial system.
This is a permanent role, but job share and part-time options may be considered.
Location: Sheffield, hybrid working
