Description
The post holder will be agile, working from home, or in an agile working space in the Civic Centre or Guildhall according to business need and attend schools and sites when required.
The post holder will work with the Team Manager and QEd Delivery Group/Programme Board to ensure that projects are appropriately and realistically defined using the Public Sector Five Case Business Model, and properly managed to ensure that the outcomes and objectives are achieved.
The role will include the development of business cases to ensure funding is received and aswell as the management and delivery of projects. The post holder will be expected to lead project teams to define and oversee the delivery of actions necessary to achieve desired project outcomes.
The position will involve liaising internal and external stakeholders including Corporate Building Services, schools, contractors and Welsh Government.
