We’re looking for a Holidays Operation Assistant Manager to assist the Holidays Manager in the efficient delivery of their Holidays portfolio.

The hours: 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days from March to October then 15 to 22.5 hours per week, November - February. (annualised hours of 1560)

The salary: £18467 per annum (£23088 full time equivalent)

Duration: This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to progress.

We are looking for a Holidays Operations Assistant Manager to support the Holidays Operation Manager with the efficient delivery of their Campsite portfolio. You will ensure high levels of service to our guests and contribute to the efficient management of holiday operations in line with agreed procedures and National Trust standards. This will include delegated responsibilities such as the line management, training and coaching of Outdoor Holidays Operations Assistants.

You will hold day to day responsibility of the Campsite operations, including health and safety, looking after our Campsite booking system and taking responsibility for guest inquiries.

The Assistant Manager role presents an opportunity for a future Holidays Manager to develop their skills and experience within a medium to large-sized Campsite. • Practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment

• A good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance

• Some supervisory experience

• Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures and experience of risk assessments.
