Description
We are looking for an energetic and dynamic food and beverage manager for our Watermill tearoom and multi-outlet food offering within the grounds of the magnificent Dunster Castle.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum
You'll be located at Dunster Castle.BS22 and BS24 and EX35 and EX36 What you'll be doing As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind-the-scenes operations, from admin to people management and everything in between! You’ll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve.
You’ll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our café. It’s a busy business and we’re constantly on the go. We want to make sure that we always deliver exceptional service to all of our visitors every time.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to work across multi-functional departments and working collaboratively with other stakeholders within the business, whilst inspiring and motivating their own large food and beverage team.
The candidate will be confident in monitoring, managing and reporting all the expected KPI's and committing to driving sales and growing the business.
They will have an excellent track record with all food safety and allergen compliance within a high volume site and be able to implement change positively in the workplace; dedicated to learning and development of their teams, as supporting our people to grow is paramount.
