Are you ready for the next challenge in your career? We have an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Headteacher in a welcoming Secondary school in the borough of Lewisham. This role is a permanent position starting this September! The ideal candidate will have previous Behaviour and Inclusion experience.
Key Responsibilities
·Deputise for the Headteacher and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the school in their absence
·Leading the development of student access, inclusion, and engagement with learning
·Responsible for the schools behaviour policy and ensure that a high standard of behaviour is maintained in lessons and around the school site
·Designated Safeguarding Lead and lead for maintaining relationships with parents and carers so that they are informed about their children's lives in school
