This role will suit a strong communicator who has a passion for delivering great customer service and thrives on the opportunity to work within the financial sector.

The role will start off on a 3-6 month internship with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

Please note, our offices are based in Chelmsford.

What does the company do?

Our main business is offering mortgage and insurance advice to clients, typically where they are self-employed or have complex circumstances. We deal with people from all walks of life and from all over the country.

We have two other arms – one offers coaching and mentoring to other financial advisers, the second offers business services to them.

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

  • Support our advisers through client engagement and diary management
  • Acknowledge and answer queries from clients across multiple mediums, including phone, email, text and WhatsApp
  • Engage with clients to identify upselling opportunities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business to establish priorities and be a 'go to' person
  • General administrative duties, recording all activity into our systems as you go
  • Signpost or resolve issues as they arise
  • Potentially help our new, in-house Marketing Manager with our social media accounts
  • Look at creative ways to support the business and carve your niche!
  • We're an unashamedly sales focussed business and meeting personal targets is part of everyone's role

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

  • Outgoing, energetic and engaging.
  • A positive person who brings their A game to everything they do.
  • We have no set qualification requirements but expect you to communicate clearly, with both personality and professionalism, as it’s a heavily phone and email based role.
