Prospectus is delighted to be recruiting a Brand and Communications Lead for a impactful charity that creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illness.

The key purpose of the role is to lead a strategic, creative and insight-driven approach to brand, marketing and content that puts the charity firmly on the map as an organisation to donate to and support. The Brand and Communications Lead will inspire a team of expert marketers to produce and deliver best-in-class activity across internal and external touchpoints, which cuts through and supports the charity's aims. Responsibilities will include leading the development of the organisation's annual communications strategy, delivering high-quality communication plans and supporting the charity's strategic objective to grow income in a sustainable way. You will also be a brand guardian to ensure all branding & communications are consistent, cohesive & aligned across all channels.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar brand and communications role within the charitable sector, having working closely with a fundraising function. You will have a strong knowledge of digital communications and crisis communications. This role is open to candidates either with senior level experience or for those looking to step into a more senior position.
