About the role

Part of the Senior Management Team, you will be the Association`s expert on law and best practice in all issues relating to customer service, tenant scrutiny and general needs housing management.
You will also manage, develop and promote services to Hightown`s tenants and applicants and work closely with partner organisations.

An experienced manager and leader, you`ll be able to demonstrate:

  • Good knowledge of social housing law and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in working with Tenants on service delivery and resident involvement
  • Excellent Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience of strategic planning
  • The ability to manage and lead a team

The benefits
