FUNDRAISING MANAGER - HUDDERSFIELD AND OLDHAM
Internally this role is known as Relationship Manager - Product Neutral
Salary: £30,500 - 33,500 per annum (inclusive of car allowance worth £4,500) Car allowances are not viewed as a benefit or as any part of remuneration. Employees who receive a car allowance must provide a suitable car for business purposes, and is based on the criteria of a minimum business mileage of 5,000 per annum.
Contract length: 15 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time, 35 hours/week. Open to flexible working arrangements.
Location: Home Based/Field Based covering Burnley, Rawtenstall, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Glossop, Huddersfield and all areas in between. Candidates must live within 22 miles of the boundaries due to business need.

We are looking for Relationship Managers to inspire and engage with communities to enable them to raise the funds needed to continue this life saving research.
What will I be doing?
You will work within the community to provide individuals, groups, and corporate supporters an exceptional level of service. You will inspire and motivate supporters to develop long-term relationships and maximising fundraising opportunities.
This community has an established and generous supporter base. You will use the power of community fundraising to maintain and maximise those relationships in the fight to beat cancer.
We're looking for a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills. You'll be used to managing conflicting priorities and be adaptable in an environment where no two days are the same. This is a flexible role, and you are in control of your own schedule.
This role Includes evening and weekend work with occasional overnight stays.

Ensuring each supporter has a stewardship plan in place which best fits their motivations
Planning and delivering effective rewards and recognition to increase loyalty and income

Supporting the development of prospect pipelines of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads.
