Low Code Senior Developer

About the team

Building technology assets is one of our top priorities in Tech Central, and you will be part of a digital asset delivery pod at the heart of this. These pods are customer specific and you’ll build technology solutions in collaboration with other technical specialists including Agile Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Developer/s, Tester/s, Technical Architects as well as subject matter experts from wider Tech Central teams.

The Role

As a senior developer, you’ll join our growing engineering community to deliver high value, world class products and services. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of new and existing enterprise and mission critical products across the full lifecycle

• Driving the creation and validation of development best practices and guardrails

• Acting as a role model for fellow developers through the mentoring of more junior team members

• Producing relevant documentation as part of the development and delivery of products

• Designing and developing custom integrations with our internal firm's services

• Coordinating the support of live products

• Participating in firm wide low-code working groups

• Continuing to develop your technical skills through training and peer reviewing

Core Skills and Experience

• At least one of:

Mendix Advanced Developer certification

Power Platform Intermediate certification

• TypeScript, SQL, HTML, CSS and the Bootstrap framework

• Creating wireframes, design mockups, vision boarding, user workflows, functional specifications, and style guides

• Designing and implementing application integrations

• Delivering software using Agile Software Development practices

• Hands-on object-oriented or model driven development

• Distributed enterprise systems concepts and design

• Working knowledge in at least one other development language e.g., .NET, Python, JavaScript
