Junior Sales Recruiter
Salary: £22,000 + bonus

Citation Group is going through an exciting time, expanding our portfolio by developing and introducing new products and services to clients. Across our group companies, we have over 60,000 clients who love us, need us and want to buy more from us. Having acquired 10 businesses over the last 3 years which offer products and services that our clients need and want; we're only interested in future growth; we're not finished yet.

Oh, and by no means least, someone who has a great track record of hiring great talent and effective stakeholder management. We understand process is process, but we are much more than that, we coach, advise and support managers every step of the way.

The recruitment world is constantly changing, and we are looking for multiple recruiters to ride the roller-coaster with us, from stakeholder management to onboarding to everything in between.

As a Junior Sales Recruiter, your focus will be to identify, attract and secure high calibre Business Development Consultants for Citation. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, tenacious and has bags of personality.
Previous experience in recruitment is desirable however not essential. You will work alongside a team of great recruiters who will help to train and develop you.

So, whether you are working in an Agency (looking to move away from the BD aspect) or working in a delivery function and want to work for a business that is going through a period of growth then this is the role for you!
