We’re looking for an experienced corporate communication professional to join an established, global organisation. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Corporate communications professional who has experience in managing and producing Annual reports & Accounts.
What you’ll be doing?
Corporate & Financial communications
- Responsible for ensuring the Group’s Full and Half Year reporting materials are delivered on time and with exemplary attention to accuracy and necessary verification.
- Manage external agencies, liaise with Group Auditors and external advisors while providing overall project management as well as key content development for the Group’s Annual Report and Accounts
- Accountability for ensuring the Group’s website is updated to reflect the regulatory disclosures as the content owner for results materials, updates and investor content online
- Guiding the development of on message internal and social media results communications
- Planning and all co-ordination of all photography required for the Annual Report
- Leading the planning, co-ordination and content development for annual investor events such as analyst trips, investor seminars and capital markets day
- Providing support to Group Legal and content for the Group’s Annual General Meeting
Group brand management
- Support development of our brand strategy and principles
- Communicate brand requirements to relevant internal stakeholders and third parties
- Interface with third parties seeking to represent our brand and provide consent/guidance
- Police the use of our brand by all parties
- Develop and maintain Group branded templates and toolkit and make them accessible
- Ensure the Group’s assets including physical and digital always accurately reflect the brand
- Provide support and advisory in collaboration with the business on Group branded projects (eg) exhibitions and events
External communications and support services
- Lead in the creation, review and assurance of corporate & financial content for the Group’s website and social media channels contribute to website structure and strategy discussions
- Ensure the website always reflects our evolving corporate narrative and is factually correct with all data having passed necessary verification and assurance processes
- Responsible for the identification, development and assurance of content for external-facing initiatives such as sustainability, inclusion, H&S performance, etc
- Develop and lead an external communications advisory to plan, manage and assure proactive planned media activity and external announcements across the Group, as well as to develop crisis communications plans and exercises
- Accountability for the Group’s Social Media policy and practices working in conjunction with the Digital Communications Manager and channel owners across the Group to ensure understanding and alignment
- Ensure the effective management of the team’s support services in support of the functional priorities and the wider Business
- Build strong internal relationships and maintain awareness of the team and Group activities in order to deputise in the absence of the Group Head of Corporate Communications, demonstrating leadership and decision-making where required
