MFL Teacher Needed For An "Outstanding" School In Rickmansworth!

About the role:

The School is seeking an MFL Teacher, specialising in French with Spanish being a desirable additional language, to join their friendly, dedicated MFL Faculty to deliver exciting, innovative teaching and achieve outstanding results. This role would be suitable for an ECT or a more experienced teacher. The students not only achieve highly, but they also benefit from first-class facilities and an unrivaled range of extra-curricular activities which develop confidence and skills for lifelong learning beyond the classroom. The school understands the need for a healthy work-life balance, and this is reflected in its attitude towards staff expectations, with well-being at its core.

We are working with the school to recruit a teacher who can commit to the school for a full-time, long-term role, with genuine opportunities for swift progression for teachers who demonstrate real passion for the school.

About you

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A passion for French (and ideally Spanish) and for education in its widest sense
• A proven history of raising pupil progress
• A real desire to make a difference to the students you work with
• The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
• Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
