Exciting opp to join global youth agency specialising in reaching students through immersive brand experiences and campaigns.

THE COMPANY

This is a global youth marketing agency, specialising in reaching students through creative brand experiences. They're a team of strategists, creatives and account handlers and as a small agency, everyone gets involved with the full process.
Their services include: brand ambassadors, experiential, creative concepts, student media planning and digital.

THE ROLE

This role will be working across a mix of student Brand Ambassador programmes and experiential, from initial proposals to implementation, with the opportunity to manage your own client accounts and play a pivotal role in the agency.

Key responsibilities will include managing clients briefs from start to finish including response and delivery, being the main point of client contact. You'll compile post campaign reports and debriefs with a view to growing accounts and lead on all client comms by weekly calls.

The role will manage a team of Account Execs, mentoring and identifying opportunities for development in more junior members of the team.

YOU

You'll have a minimum of 2 years working within the industry and an excellent track record of account management and some experience managing more junior members of the team. You'll be confident in presenting and the ability to clearly articulate ideas to clients.
