Do you have an interest in working with young people with special education needs?
Our partner school in Enfield, London is recruiting an SEN TA (Teaching Assistant) for a September start working with students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
For this SEN TA role you will have a Core Subject or Psychology Degree or extensive experience working with students who have special education needs, and a real dedication and interest in working with young people. As a SEN TA, you will have a calm and patient approach to your work and the ability to demonstrate the value of education whilst ensuring the safety of the students. You will have outstanding communication skills and experience working on a 1:1 and group basis.
- Core Subject or Psychology-related degree or extensive SEN experience
- Great school in the Enfield Area
- SEN TA role
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN, in a school or otherwise, is desirable
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-4pm - Full Time
- £20,520.00 pro rata, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Mainstream Primary in Enfield
Your role as an SEN TA will see you help class teachers and other staff to deliver mainstream education to all students. You will be focusing on supporting students with their personal and behavioural issues in a challenging but rewarding SEN TA role. You will be led by a fantastic leadership team and a forward-thinking Head Teacher who are committed to creating an outstanding and inclusive environment for their students.
