Digital Marketing Manager – flexible hours and hybrid working as required/desired (2 days per week in the office)
Do you have digital marketing experience, and are you seeking a new job in Bradford, West Yorkshire? We are helping a collaborative, carbon-zero company recruit a Digital Marketing Manager, and the role comes with a salary of up to £35k per annum.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will head up a small team including internal staff and freelancers, and be responsible for the overall digital marketing and promotion of their business. You will also be accountable for any associated agency spend.
In your first few months in this Digital Marketing Manager role, you can expect to:
- Realize SEO strategy through active involvement in all areas (keyword selection, image optimisation, etc)
- Create and manage social media and search engine campaigns (FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads)
- Analyse, Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing activity and campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop our CRM contact strategy with the commercial team to build integrated communications at all touch points and nurture leads through the marketing funnel to conversion.
You will be a B2B digital all-rounder with at least 3 years’ experience working with SEO, PPC social media and CRM systems. You should also have had budget responsibility.
