We’re looking for an experienced PR Comms Manager to join an established, award-winning FS organisation in Tewkesbury. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented PR Comms manager to play an important role in the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline PR and communication strategies.



What you’ll be doing?

  • Distinguishing growth opportunities, brand milestones and key calendar dates to promote the organisations story.
  • Developing and executing a clear PR strategy and schedules to raise the business profile, ensuring successful delivery and achieving KPIs
  • Playing a key role, with the Marketing Manager, in developing key messaging for a wide range of products, across multiple industry sectors, for use in external communications and PR
  • Working closely with the wider Marketing team to build and deliver external press releases and comms, ensuring alignment with all prospect and customer-focused marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the trade, regional, UK and international press
  • Managing both proactive and reactive Press media enquiries to enhance and protect the reputation of the Group
  • Advising, briefing, and supporting the business on all media-related activities.


What experience you’ll need to apply?


  • Experience working as either a journalist (preferably in the financial services sector or similar) or Press writer within the financial services sector
  • Significate, demonstrable experience working in a press office or PR agency
  • Knowledge and experience in growing a network of media contacts (trade, regional, national and international press)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Ability to work with senior management on product-related articles/hero-pieces/annual surveys/whitepapers/journalist interviews
