Market Research & Insight Officer
Medical research charity
Up to £30,000 + excellent benefits
Flexible hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in office based in Cambridge
Do you have experience in market research? Are you a great report writer and can design the perfect survey to capture the precise insight needed for the team to use effectively? Do you want to help a charity fight to improve treatment for the leading cause of death in the UK by aiding the income generation teams with your research and insight assistance? Charity People is delighted to be workinng closely with this fantastic charity to find their Market Research and Insight Officer to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Main Responsibilities
- Be the lead in writing surveys for the charity to collect quantitative data to help them work effectively and efficiently and follow best practice and improve.
- Work with focus groupds to collect qualitative data in the future.
- Write reports on findings and work closely with your team and other teams to help them understand the research.
- Use Survey Monkey, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Learn and develop with the charity and grow as you progress in your career with the opportunity to join the Market Research Society and gain qualifications as you become more experienced.
