This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and effective Lead Manager to play a crucial role in influencing and developing our exciting approach to delivering accommodation services.

We are looking for an organised and motivated Lead Manager to oversee a project in Lambeth which consists of 8 hostel beds and 16 self-contained flats
The successful candidate will be responsible for the hostel’s performance against its contract, monitoring and reporting to funders on our success in meeting our targets.
You will:
- Ensure the team are focused on reducing arrears, maximising income, and increasing move on towards independence.
- Ensure that the environment is safe, healthy, and reflective of our ethos and supports our service users’ aims.
- Carry out creative joint working with the local authority and community-based services, our staff and residents to ensure that support is personalised, effective and measurable.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continual striving to improve upon successes throughout your team.
To succeed as the Lead Manager, you will be:
- A decisive and effective leader who is outcome focused.
- An excellent communicator able to form and maintain effective working relationships with our stakeholders.
- Able to directly manage staff, and oversee the management of others in line with Thames Reach policies.
- Able to oversee the financial and operational management of a hostel.
