Executive Director of People Services – c£160k

An exceptional corporate leader you’ll work with the two Chief Executives, as a key member of the leadership team of both Councils. As a voting member of our ICB, you’ll also represent Cambridgeshire and Peterborough as we progress with the integration of health and care services.

Leading, developing and improving functions spanning children’s and adult social care, education and commissioning, you’ll share our commitment to tackling deep rooted inequalities, improving opportunities and providing inclusive, compassionate and people centred services.

With a passion for listening to and learning from the lived experience of service users, parents, and carers, you’ll champion the needs of the most vulnerable in our communities. You’ll also lead our work with a broad range of partners, including schools, to implement sustainable and affordable reform and solutions to improve the wellbeing of our population.
