Description

Are you a talented Trusts and Foundations fundraiser who connects with being brave, curious, caring and impact obsessed?

These are the guiding principles of Greater Manchester's biggest NHS charity, where you'll get to work on a varied portfolio of projects across ten different hospitals including Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

Salary: £32,306 - £39,027
Ideally you'll start at the bottom of the band with annual increments towards the top of the scale; however let's not close down an initial conversation.

Benefits: NHS pension (20% employer contribution), 27 days holiday rising to 29 days, excellent maternity, paternity and adoption
Location: Mostly remote, ideally 1 day per week in the office but open to more flexible working requests

About the role:
You'll nurture a £1 million portfolio of trusts and foundations relationships with autonomy to lead income stream strategy and prioritise your own time, with the support of a Prospect Research Manager.

Current projects range from a ground-breaking capital appeal for a national breast imaging academy to research into the global threat from antimicrobial resistance to antibiotics, plus a brand-new programme tackling health inequality in North Manchester.

About the team:
One team, one fundraising target. By putting wellbeing, flexibility and inclusion at the heart of their culture, you'll join a vibrant, creative and happy team set up to thrive. With investment available for professional development, you'll have the opportunity to play to your strengths and grow your skills.

About the person:
You're already a relationship-led trusts and foundations fundraiser with the ability to create annual and multi-year funding plans, achieving strategic targets from a diverse and sustainable mix of funders.

You're naturally curious with a growth mindset, enjoy new challenges and find innovative solutions.

You're excited by the freedom of taking ownership of your income stream and working as part of a collaborative collective.

If you are excited by this role as we are, please send a copy of your profile or CV to Amelia Lee at Charity People for more information on how to apply.

Deadline: 9am on Friday 29th July
Interviews online w/c 8th August (flexible)

Only because this role has been previously advertised, we may close early if we have enough strong applications. If this would disadvantage you in any way, please get in touch and we will ensure that you don't miss out.
