Hours of work: 36 per week / Monday – Friday

The Opportunity
This is a strategic role with responsibility to develop, lead, co-ordinate and evaluate the impact of a programme of innovation and development across the Children, Young People and Education Directorate.
The postholder will bring an evidence-based approach to policy, strategy and development planning, working collaboratively with Directors and Heads of Service to turn these into an impactful planning framework that delivers sustained improvement in outcomes for children, young people and families in Croydon and meets the corporate business planning requirements.
The postholder will lead and manage the directorate’s readiness for all regulatory visits from Ofsted, CQC and multi-agency area inspections.
