Working within the busy IT Department the role purpose is to provide IT training services to the school community. This includes assessment, creation and evaluation of training materials and programmes that you will design and implement.

You will be collaborating with colleagues in the IT department as well as stakeholders across the business to ensure the training needs for our in house software and the commercial systems in use at the school is met. You will be using your skills and experience to design concise training materials building up a skills matrix to help managers identify IT staff skills gaps and support their teams through effective training.

Educated preferably to degree level or with equivalent work experience you will have recognised teaching or training qualification and thorough understanding of key training principles. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and courteously at all levels and have practical experience of working in a fast-paced team.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
