Description
The Role:
We are working with a highly acclaimed international architecture practice specialising in master planning and landscape design, seeking a confident Head of Communications and Marketing on a 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have strategic marketing and communications experience and be able to hit the ground running delivering all communications for the practice as well as managing the graphic and bid support team in the London studio.

Key responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all media communications and liaise with internal project leads for PR plans.
- Communicate with PRs clients and affiliates to implement our presence in their publicity
- Work on press releases and print/online material for internal communication while managing the website and intranet with new content.
- Distribute visual material for press and other publications while commissioning photography and films
- Coordinate the awards and submissions calendar, ensuring the brand is always presented to high standards.
- Create and manage new engaging content on the social media portals, developing new strategies
- Manage and lead senior leads with new business activities
- Support the Partners with meeting presentations, meetings, and market/client research
- Organise and maintain systems with up-to-date records for bids and key markets
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing, graphic and bid team in generating marketing material and bid submissions
- Create text for bids and marketing assets while overseeing the photographic/material database
- Manage all events calendar driving new opportunities for exhibitions and marketing events
- Create and manage revenue graphs across the practice disciplines, maintaining marketing budgets.
- Manage expenses timesheets for Corporate and Local marketing
- Manage and update company policies and certificates
Key Skills:
- Previous experience with budget management, forecast and implementing marketing strategy and brand awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person and across a variety of platforms
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office essential
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong management and leadership skills
