Personal Assistant - Technology - 6 month Maternity Cover
Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Location: Redman Place, Stratford
Flexibility: We're flexible on how you do your work, with this role - you will only expected to be in the office 1 or 2 days per week. We will consider 4 day part time and other flexible working requests.
Salary: £29,750 - £34,750 dependent on experience.
Contract: 6 month FTC

We're looking for a new Personal Assistant to support our friendly and supportive Technology Team.
It's an exciting time to join the Tech team at Cancer Research UK following our transition into a new operating model aligned to products and capabilities.
What will I be doing?
You will be providing full personal administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and three other Directors supporting them in the strategic aims and goals of the directorate and acting as an ambassador for the directorate across the organisation.
Organising and maintaining complex diary schedules.
Supporting the organisation of events/conferences. Manage room booking and catering for meetings.
Manage all documentation needed for meetings, including the briefing process, agendas and minutes for leadership meetings.
Organise all travel and accommodation requirements for the CTO & Directors, producing clear and concise schedules.
Working the central internal comms team and collaborate with comms champions and peers to support the development and timely delivery of local key messages.
Ensure appropriate approvals are sought for internal processes, purchase orders and expenses
