Description
The starting salary for this role is £32,173 per annum for working 36 hours per week.
This opportunity is to work on our Digital programme that sits within the Council's Transformation programme.
What sort of person are we looking for?
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is highly organised and able to prepare and maintain management information including project plans, engagement plans, and action logs. You will also have the ability to support the production of relevant highlight reports and management information as required.
You will be a supportive team player and help members of the programme team with all aspects of organisation and preparation of meetings and workshops, including arranging rooms and equipment, managing attendance lists, minute taking and providing other assistance as required.
You will be excellent at liaising, communicating, and building relationships with other internal departments, customers, partner organisations and / or contractors to respond to ad-hoc queries and requests and to support and represent the team.
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and recommend improvements to our programme support processes and tools and support their implementation to ensure best practices are shared across the team.
