Learning & Development Coordinator (Digital Platforms)
(Internally this role is known as Learning & Talent Development Coordinator (Platforms))
Reports to: Learning & Development Manager
Location: Stratford based (with high flexibility to work from home 3-4 days per week)
Contract: Permanent (35 hours per week)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 p.a.

Are you an L&D Administrator/ Coordinator with digital platform experience and who is looking to drive engagement whilst supporting the ongoing development and administration of learning platforms?
The Learning & Development (L&TD) team is an integral part of CRUKs success due to the vital work they do to ensure our people in all parts of the organisation can develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours to be the best they can be to beat cancer sooner. The team strives to facilitate a culture of learning, inclusion, and high performance and the L&TD Coordinator will be an integral part of this movement.
As a Coordinator, you will ensure our learning platform (Fuse) is optimised to deliver engaging digital learning offerings to CRUK's staff. This will involve the day-to-day administration of Fuse which involves regular reporting, responding to user queries, maintaining content, and analysing user trends to support data-driven decisions about learning. You'll play a key role in enhancing user experience and updating content to ensure learning resources provide the best possible experience for our people.
This is an opportunity to utilize your proactiveness and problem-solving abilities to improve and automate our digital learning offering and ultimately increase employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, is confident in using learning platforms, and can tell a story with data.
