This charitable organisation provide a variety of support services to people suffering with substance abuse. Services include housing, assistance within the justice system, community services, and recovering support.

Your new role
Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and broader HR team, key responsibilities include:

• Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries, including management of HR inbox
• Support with all HR, L&D, and HR system projects, including recruitment
• Provide support with payroll and employee benefits administration
• Support on employee data management, generating reports when required

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent HR administrative experience
• Experience working with HR systems and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management experience
