Description
At Single Homeless Project, we are looking for two highly motivated individuals to provide Co-Production and support to people with lived experience, so that they have an active voice in influencing and shaping the systems that support them
SHP has several services supporting clients facing multiple disadvantages and are committed to continue to understand, highlight, and implement change around the client experience and how the system and services can be improved.
Each of these new roles will lead respectively on the development of two separate projects.
- The Co-production lead (Single Homeless Project) will lead on the development of our co-production offer, leading organisational change towards a co-produced way of working in our organisation.
- The Co-Production lead (Camden) will work closely with Camden council to strengthen the homelessness system transformation and ensure sure that the perspectives of lived experience are embedded at all levels, including strategic planning and service delivery.
As a Co-production lead, you will be responsible for developing and embedding new ways of working and will need to be confident in engaging with a range of partners across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in working with individuals facing multiple disadvantages and the systemic barriers they encounter
- Have the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders to communicate new ways of working, raising systemic issues and develop effective solutions
- Be able to develop successful workstreams and effectively implement new ways of working in services across a range of partners
- Be confident in facilitating groups, which engage and provide support to individuals with lived experience
