Job: Headteacher’s PA

School: Secondary Academy, Lewisham, Southeast London (inner London)

Annual Salary: £33,767 - £35,541

Start date: 1st September 2022

Contract: Permanent, Mondays to Fridays 8am to 4pm, 52 weeks a year

Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Lewisham looking for a full-time Headteacher’s PA to start 1st September 2022.

The school is looking to appoint a highly organised Headteacher’s PA who will act as a main point of contact for the Headteacher and provide a high standard of secretarial and administrative support.

The role will suit someone with excellent time management and communication skills and a proven track record of providing high level PA support to senior level, preferably at a school.

The responsibilities include:

• acting as the school liaison point for staff external agencies and parents/carers
• diary management
• minute taking
• copywriting
• event management
• staff management

This is a vibrant and oversubscribed school and it’s part of a respected Multi-Academy Trust.
