Location: Oxford

Salary: £35,000 FTE

Job Type: Part time role (25 hours per week) term time plus 4 additional weeks to be worked during the holiday time

Compliance Officer – The Role:

Our client are seeking to appoint a part-time Compliance Officer. Aimed to address the increasing levels of regulatory compliance required by independent schools, the Compliance Officer will play a critical role in supporting School governance.

Reporting to the Head and COO, and working closely with Support and Academic colleagues, the Compliance Officer will perform a key cross-departmental role, ensuring that our client fulfils its responsibilities and meets its regulatory obligations. The Compliance Officer’s primary responsibility will be to help ensure the School adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, especially those inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), and those laid down by other regulatory bodies such as the Information Commissioner’s Office.
