Would you like a new role supporting children with Autism in Education? Do you think you can support children with additional needs to achieve excellent outcomes, both inside and outside of the classroom? If so, I would love to hear from you!

We are looking for Education Support Workers for Children with Autism in SEN schools in Warrington. The roles will involve assisting children in the classroom with schoolwork, and in the community whilst on excursions to the local areas. These roles require a patient, understanding and resilient person to help young children with additional needs to reach their full potential.

Working with children and young learners with Autism is hugely rewarding - the successful applicants will be integral in supporting a young person through their education; seeing their confidence and social skills soar, and helping children achieve their best in school and beyond.

We require applicants to have the following ESSENTIAL skills for this role:

• Knowledge of safeguarding young people with additional needs;
• Accepting and patient personality;
• Strong communication skills;
• Resilient and reliable.

We will also consider applicants from backgrounds including: Care, Nurseries, Youth Support Work, Counselling and Intervention Support, Nursing, Teachers and Teaching Assistants.
